How quickly will I receive the product after placing my order?
Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email containing all necessary information within 15 minutes. This email will be sent to the email address provided during the ordering process.
Why do you need my address if the product is digital and not physically shipped?
It is our payment processor that requires your address, not Software365office . To ensure that you are the one making the purchase, the payment processor requires your address when making an online purchase. While we would prefer to only have your email address, it is not possible to make a payment online without providing your address.
How are your prices lower than retail prices?
We have established partnerships with numerous large companies who sometimes receive licenses for hardware they do not utilize. These companies often have global multi-licenses for all their hardware, so when they purchase new stock, they are provided with multiple licenses. We are able to acquire these unused licenses in bulk at a discounted price and pass the savings on to our customers.
What should I do if I encounter a problem or need assistance?

How can I determine if the product is compatible with my device?
The system requirements for all our products can be found in the item description. We recommend reviewing these requirements prior to purchase. Please note that none of our products are compatible with Chromebooks or tablets. If you are unsure if the product will be compatible with your device, you can send an email to support@software365office.com for assistance. Our team will be happy to provide information on whether the product can be installed.
Are the licenses and download links genuine?
All of the products we offer include an official download link from Microsoft, either from Microsoft.com or setup.office.com. We do not provide any other links and all licenses can be activated online or by phone if you have no internet connection.
Can I install the product on multiple devices?
Our licenses are intended for use on a single device. When activating a license, Microsoft records a digital footprint of the device. If this footprint does not match the device on which the license is being activated, an error message will be displayed. If a license is activated on more than one device and no error message appears, the Microsoft servers will sync and remove all devices from the server.
Do the licenses come with any kind of warranty?
All of our Windows, Microsoft Office, and other products come with a 1-year customer warranty. This provides peace of mind that our dedicated support team will be available to assist you with any issues that may arise. Our company has been operating online for 2 and a half years, and we can provide our website registration date upon request. This stability sets us apart from competitors who may only be online for a short period of time before disappearing.
What types of license keys do you offer?
We offer a variety of license keys, including those for Windows and Microsoft Office. These licenses are available for purchase on our website. Please note that we only provide retail licenses and do not offer volume or OEM keys. If you require an OEM license, please contact us before making a purchase.
I have purchased the product but have not received the order confirmation email. What should I do?
If you have not received your order confirmation email, please check your junk/spam folder. If the email is not there, verify that the email address provided during the ordering process does not contain any typos. If the address is correct, please contact our support team at support@software365office.com with the subject line “order email not received.” Our team will be happy to resend the email to you. Alternatively login to your account on the Software365office website and go to “inbox” your order email will be located here.
